Your data, your rights.
Six rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Use any of them with the form below. We answer within 30 days.
1. Right to access
A summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we shared it with (Section 11).
2. Right to correction
Correct, complete or update data that is wrong or out of date (Section 12). Your display name and photo can also be changed in the app.
3. Right to erasure
Erase your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent (Section 12). Fastest: in the app, Security, then Delete my account. See what is erased.
4. Right to withdraw consent
As easily as you gave it (Section 6(4)). On this website: Cookie preferences. For the app: ask here, or delete your account. Withdrawal does not undo what was lawfully done before it.
5. Right to nominate
Name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself (Section 14).
6. Right to grievance redressal
Complain to our Grievance Officer, and then, if needed, to the Data Protection Board of India (Section 13).

How we handle your request
- At once: you get a reference number (for example NM-2611-ABC234).
- Within 30 days: we do what you asked, or explain clearly why we cannot, and how to take it further.
- Checking it is you: if the request is about an account, we may ask you to confirm from inside the app. We never ask for your password, OTP or recovery codes.
- Free of charge. No reason is needed to ask for access, correction or erasure.
- What we keep: the request itself, for one year after we close it, as the record that we answered. Then it is deleted.
